IMPACT is designed so everyone can have the opportunity to serve Christ and our community. This is a “cut & dry” Ministry. All resources and training is provided, the times are convenient, and the work is simple. Join us in making an IMPACT in Northwest Arkansas. We are building new teams, adding to current teams and excited about you jumping on board!

IMPACT is an evangelistic ministry to help fulfill our mission statement of reaching Northwest Arkansas for Jesus Christ. It is also a prevention ministry, to give teens and kids good alternatives. We are also a family ministry. We want to contribute to the “family” in every way possible; building it up and bringing it back. Join us as we do Matthew 28:19 and “GO” into our community proclaiming the name of Jesus!

Dear Friends,
I have the privilege of serving as the Executive Director of the Washington County Law Enforcement and Jail Chaplaincy (WCLEJC) and also as the Senior Chaplain of the Washington County Sheriff's Department. It is our desire to meet the religious needs of the detainees, officers, support staff, and their families. We offer encouragement and support during times of crisis. Our ministry provides Bibles, study materials, as well as conducting Bible Studies and worship services. In addition, we offer the detainee and opportunity to participate in the Aftercare Program.

It is our desire for them to become responsible, successful citizens. We have numerous testimonies of how lives are impacted and changed through the Chaplaincy ministry and the many volunteers who give of their time. An hour of your time given weekly or monthly can bring such encouragement to those who are without hope and in desperate situations. I invite you to join us. Become a part of WCLEJC and help those who are in spiritual bondage to be set free...if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Shield A Badge - Shield A Badge is a Prayer Ministry designed to link Law Enforcement Officers with a Prayer Partner who will commit to pray for our authorities. Contact WCLEJC@fbcs.net for more information.

R.E.A.C.H. is the benevolence ministry of the First Baptist Church of Springdale and The Church at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers. This ministry meets each Monday morning to assist our community. We offer financial help and the Gospel to each person who comes through our door. If you have a love for people, are able to assist in the completion of an application and can read through a gospel tract you qualify!

The following opportunities are available to serve:

5-6 volunteers needed on Monday mornings to staff the R.E.A.C.H. office.
2 volunteers are needed for Thursday mornings to assist in taking appointments for Mondays.

The many multi-housing locations in our community give us an incredible opportunity to minister, touching more people simultaneously as they live closer in proximity. We can drive into an apartment community and see over 1000 residents with-in a 60 second drive. Opportunity is here.

Often times in multi-housing communities residents may sub-consciously feel closed off or trapped in. These feelings may come from a golf course, lake, or rail road track surrounding their community. As most of us have seen a lot of the communities have almost everything they need on site, such as, laundry facilities, club house, fitness room, pool, and even a video library. These among many other amenities reduce the need to leave the community except for necessary commute; which in affect may keep some of the residents from attending Church.

Our multi-housing ministry desires to break these barriers. Jesus said “go therefore…” and that is what we are doing. We are taking the Gospel into these communities in many different ways, here are a few:
Kids clubs, life skill clinics, Bible studies, movie nights, block parties, tutoring, Church plants and much, much more!

Partner with us as we share Christ in multi-housing communities.

Workplace Bible Studies and Prayer Groups offer a chance to serve the people you work with every day. Your group can meet at any place, day, or time that you choose. The Mission Department will help you to get started and find appropriate and challenging study materials for your location.

Service is every Sunday at 6PM. We invite you to join us to see what Cross Brand Cowboy Church is all about!

You may ask, "Do I have to be a cowboy to attend?" The answer is no! Church is for everybody. This church just does it with cowboy flair. In addition to worship services there are various arena activities for outreach and fellowship.
